Payment Terms

CBus Direct accept all major Credit and Debit cards, cheques drawn on UK banks, Paypal Payments and Bank Transfers as payment for your purchase. All orders and payments are processed by Lightwave UK Ltd.

If your payment is by cheque, goods will be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared. Please make all cheques payable to "Lightwave" and allow up to 5 working days from receipt of cheque for it to clear.

Due to the level of credit card fraud, please note that all credit card orders will be subject to additional checks for fraudulent transactions.

Prices

Prices quoted on the website are in British Pounds and are exclusive of VAT except otherwise stated. All financial transactions are carried out in British Pounds.

Warranty and Liabilities

Every item sold by us comes with a 12 month limited warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects and workmanship, providing the item has not been misused, disassembled or otherwise altered. All other warranties in respect of the items sold by us, whether expressed or implied, are excluded to fullest extent permitted by law. Any faulty item should be returned to us for replacement or a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Placing Your Order

You may place your order with us online, all online credit/debit card payments are taken through Realex.

Realex are fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider - the highest level of compliance - under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Their secure server utilises SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology to encrypt your order and safeguard your information; along with 3-D Secure fraud protection technology.

After You Place Your Order

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment within one working day to confirm that we have received your order. The message will contain the details of your order, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit/debit card (where appropriate), including tax, delivery and handling. The order will be subject to validation before acceptance and processing.
